    Is it okay for me to use .ht-site-info{display: none;} or is it part of the licence that I keep your link there?

    If I can’t remove it can I edit it? How?

    We basically don’t want our link to be removed. Its only the credit we get for creating a free theme.

    However if you want to remove it, you can purchase out premium version which has option to remove the footer text along with lots of additional feature. Check this https://hashthemes.com/wordpress-theme/total/

    I’m a noob to WordPress but if I can get it to do what I want then I’ll be sure to purchase the premium. Thanks for your good work!

    Sure, with premium version, you would be getting instant support to built your site so it does not matter if you are noob or professional.

    the only way is to purchasing a pro?
    is it OK that I keep the link and change the clause from WordPress Theme | Total by Hash Themes to ABC company @ 2018| Total by Hash Themes

    The best way to do it would be purchasing a pro version because if you make change in the code file, your change will get lost each time you update the theme.
