I am using the Total theme and the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin seems to be clashing with it. When I have the plugin activated I can’t access the Customize section. I get a HTTP ERROR 500.
When it is deactivated, I can access the Customize section but it doesn’t seem to be making any of the changes that I’ve added in the Additional CSS section. Also, it shows code on some pages (eg the ones I have used the plugin to build buttons etc).

Can you please advise what my options are? I don’t have a WPBakery Visual Composer license.

    Thanks

    Hi,

We just tested with the WPBakery visual composer with Total Theme both of latest version and the customizer panel seems to be working fine without any issue. Please try updating the theme to the latest version.

    Thanks

I have updated WordPress and Total theme but I am still having the same issue. I can’t update WPBakery because I don’t have a license.

@Siobhant you need to be using the latest version of the plugin. Please purchase it. We have tested with the latest version of the WPBakery plugin and it is working without any problem.
