Sticky Header Issue

Total theme is one of the very good themes to use and easy to customize, so far I did a lot of CSS customization but now I am facing an issue with the sticky header

1) In one of the pages I am using anchor bookmarks and I have some anchor links at the top of the page which links to some CSS IDs at the bottom of the page
2) Without the sticky header or in other words by disabling the sticky header everything with anchor bookmarks and links together with the CSS IDs is working fine
3) But on enabling the sticky header the links never lands in the correct position, it is always shifted to the bottom

I was under the impression that my CSS customizations might have caused this issue but I disabled them all and the issue was there, then on disabling the sticky header from the theme options the issue was resolved, is there any way that I can keep the sticky header without this issue
