    My website use woocommerce to place a notice about promotions on top of the website. The notice bar will block the logo and the menu. How can I move down the logo and menu so there is enough space above for the notice?

    The second question is that how can I move the menu below the logo? My menu is quite long.

    If you are using sticky menu then do disable it. If it still does not work, then you will have to contact the plugin developer ask them to make it compatible with the header menu.
