    I haven’t used the Customizer for a few months, the site runs fine, but when I tried today, only the Widgets panel is displayed and nothing else. Where can I start troubleshooting?

    Hi,

    This issue is already fixed in our latest update release. Please update the theme to the latest version to fix the issue,

    Also please test by disabling the plugin if the theme is up to date. Most of the time, the plugin can also cause such issues.

    Thank you, yes, the Theme and WP are up to date. Which PlugIn should I remove?
    I only have
    – EventsManagerPro,
    – UltimateMember,
    – WP Private Content Plus
    – Category Posts Widget
    – Wordfence
    any known issues with those? Should I try each one?

    All the plugin looks fine. Can you allow us to check it in your website? If yes, then you will need to reply back with your website login detail setting as a private message.

    Hi,

    I suggest you to update the theme but on checking your website we found that you have not updated the theme due to which the problem was not solved.

    Now we have updated the theme and the customizer panel is loading fine now. And please do change your password for security.

    Thank you and apologies. I checked at that time and there was no suggested update to the Theme. I should probably have forced the update (and will try to find out how that works). Thanks again.
