We are running into an issue where our homepage is formatting inconsistently. Sometimes it will format correctly, with the slider in full view, other times it will format as if it is a sub-page. We have tried disabling all plugins and removing the custom CSS to no avail. I can’t seem to figure out what has changed to create this issue, does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
February 11, 2018 at 11:36 pm #4679HashKeymasterOn checking your website, everything seems to be showing properly.
On checking the screenshot, the shown problem will occur only when the slider does not work. The slider can stop due to some plugin installed that conflict with it.

As I mentioned, we have tried disabling all the plugins and have subsequently done a full re-install of the theme but are still running into the issue. To reproduce the issue you probably will need to refresh the page a couple times, it seems completely random. One thing that we have noticed is that if, once the page is loaded in the incorrect format, you resize the browser window then the slider loads properly and the page is formatted correctly. I assume this is an issue with the slider plugin. Are there any known issues with the slider plugin or its implementation into this theme that would cause this?
Thanks

The slider only load when all the images are loaded properly so it takes 2-3 sec and show above header screen until the slider get loaded.
